Digital Sheet Music Licensing Policy

1. Personal Use Only

  • Purchased digital sheet music is strictly for personal use.

  • Copying, sharing, redistributing, or reselling in any form (physical or digital) is prohibited.

2. Recording & Streaming Licenses

A separate license is required for:

  • Recordings & Releases (albums, singles, digital downloads, streaming on Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

  • YouTube & Social Media Content (monetized videos using this sheet music).

 

3. Synchronization (Sync) License

 If you plan to use the sheet music in films, TV shows, commercials, video games, or any other audiovisual media, a Sync License is required. This applies whether the performance is live or pre-recorded.

 

4. Educational & Institutional Use

  • Schools, universities, and music programs must obtain a group or institutional license to use this sheet music for multiple students, ensemble performances, or curriculum materials.

 

5. Public Performance (Concerts & Live Events)

  • This sheet music may be performed publicly in concerts or live events without needing a separate license from us if the performance occurs in a venue that reports to a performing rights organization (ASCAP, BMI, etc.) and you ensure that the venue or event organizer complies with copyright regulations.

 

6. Credit Attribution Requirement (Proper Composer Acknowledgment)

  • When using this sheet music for licensed purposes such as public performances, YouTube videos, social media posts, or any form of recorded content, the composer’s name must be clearly credited as follows:

    • If applicable, include a link to the official website or streaming platform.

  • Failure to obtain the necessary license(s) and provide proper attribution may result in a takedown request or copyright enforcement action.
